The Corporate Relations Team at PCKCA works towards achieving a shared vision evolving as a client centric service provider. It positions the competencies and service capabilities of the Group with existing and prospective client requirements and expectations. It proactively innovates service capabilities to meet the demands of a dynamic business environment.

Research Team: Knowledge is the key factor for the success of any organization. The Research Team at PCKCA provides insight on different information applications that need to be integrated, thereby forming an effective knowledge repository in the organization, thus helping in building a strong knowledge base that can be used to drive future business.

The Research Team synchronizes with the ingrained knowledge of the people within the organization and collates and leverages such information in the future. It forms a strong foundation in delivering value through the creation of a knowledge warehouse and analytical frameworks. It is the Knowledge Management Catalyst for the entire group's need of information resource. It provides a supportive infrastructure through Knowledge Management Systems.
