It conducts Due Diligence audits of target customers prior to the extension of credit facilities / execution of legal documents. We further undertake post disbursement monitoring and performance review audits to constantly validate the original credit decision.
The team undertakes risk evaluation techniques using standard operating procedures and creates an "Early Warning System" to preempt the risk of dealer / customers defaults on the commencement / continuation of customer / dealer relationships.

This division’s major thrust is to galvanize the antiquated retail distribution systems of corporates / institutions, thus enhancing value, leading to a major growth of new retail consumers spread across India.
